May 2024 stayed three nights, room 309. Third floor but easy to access with a lift large enough for two people , each with a carry-on bag and a backpack. Hotel staff were very helpful upon checkin. Our room was a bit unusual; two bathrooms, one with a toilet, bidet and sink (but had pipes in the wall for previous shower) and a second with a sink, toilet and tub with a shower wand attached to a wall rod but no shower curtain or splash panel. Lots of closet space and comfortable bed. We had breakfast included which offered a variety of meat/cheese, pastries, yogurt, toast, fruit, juices and coffee. Location is great for train terminal access and many of the attractions of Bologna. Some great restaurants and street entertainment made this an interesting and underrated stop in our Italian vacation. Would recommend this location to other travellers.

Hotel is located within walking distance of all the important sites in Bologna as well as the Central Train Station. Breakfast is good and varied. Staff are welcoming, helpful, polite and always happy to answer any questions you have. Would definitly stay there again if we visit Bologna.

- very kind and polite stuff - clean room & bathroom - TV & AC works well - wifi as well - got a quiet single room - towels and bathroom amenities provided - hair dryer in the room & also another one can be provided at the reception - 24/7 security - elevator works - breakfast not included ( you have to pay extra )

Perfect location. It was our second stay at this hotel. We arrived early and we were able to drop our bags and go have a great lunch and some sightseeing before we checked in. The beds are SO comfortable!!! Friendly staff and a nice breakfast spread

As soon as I arrived at the hotel the staff was incredibly kind to my friends and me, they made the whole booking process very easy, every time we had a question and needed something they were very efficient. The room was very clean and had all the facilities required. If I come back to Bologna I will stay there again!

The location was amazing, super close to the main station. On one of the main roads to the city center and a really great clothes market next door !

Okay hotel for one night stay. Room for one person was very small. Bathroom was interesting and small. Breakfast was included, but it wasn't anything special either. Location good, 10 minute walk to train station and to main street in the center.

Great location, short walk from the main square, shops, restaurants and the train station. Staff very polite and helpful. Nice breakfast. Even though the hotel is located on a busy street, the room was not noisy.
